Feeling Judged

Your finished product.

Is that all you desire?

For my perfection to cradle you,

A request that makes me tire.

Do you not think I’m trying,

To be a righteous man?

Forgive me, do not shun me,

You judgers of this land.

You wait for my expressions,

And prepare for what they hold.

This pressure you place upon me,

Causes me to mold!

Where I go now I’m unaware,

Who’ll I’ll be I do not know.

But one thing I can guarantee,

These struggles make me grow.

For one day I shall look at you,

Apathetic to what you see,

Your reactions will not hinder,

For I’ll have peace of mind with me.
